Using Collaborative Law to Avoid Court and High Legal Fees in Divorce will:

  • Detail the approach of Collaborative law as a non-adversarial divorce process;
  • Identify the members of the collaborative divorce team (specially trained professionals including Collaboratively trained Attorneys for each party; mental health professional known as a Coach or Facilitator and Financial Neutral); and,
  • Discuss the benefits of a collaborative law strategy, including preserving relationships, keeping the matter private and outside of court, and allowing the parties to ultimately decide the terms of their divorce.
