New Jersey’s employment-law landscape continues to evolve rapidly, and paralegals play a critical role in helping legal teams and business units stay compliant. This CLE will provide a
focused overview of the most significant statutory, regulatory, and enforcement developments shaping the workplace in 2025. We will examine updates to pay transparency
requirements, wage-and-hour enforcement, anti-discrimination protections under the Law Against Discrimination (LAD), and emerging guidance aƯecting remote and hybrid
workforces.

Because paralegals are often responsible for drafting policies, reviewing job postings, supporting internal investigations, and maintaining compliance documentation,
understanding these changes is essential. This session will highlight not only what the law requires, but also how these updates translate into day-to-day responsibilities—such as
updating handbooks, auditing HR practices, preparing filings, and supporting counsel during regulatory reviews.

By the end of this program, participants will have a practical understanding of the latest developments in New Jersey employment law and the tools needed to support their
organizations or clients in implementing compliant, up-to-date practices.
