Bristol, RP®, Pa.C.P. return with another installment in the popular Tales from the Crypt series of presentations on the paralegal experience in estate, trust, and tax administration.  This installment will focus primarily on the U.S. Estate Tax Return (Form 706), covering all the tasks in collecting and marshaling the necessary information, preparing the tax return, and tips and tricks to avoid pitfalls. Of course, Angie and Don will pepper the discussion with you-had-to-be-there stories they’ve collected over the years - “found” money, phantom beneficiaries, deadline mishaps. Whether you are actively involved in estate and tax administration, or have never had to deal with these issues (yet), you will walk away with useful information; at a minimum you’ll bank some great paralegal stories to share at the watercooler.
