NFPA Webinar: Legal Project Management (LPM) for Paralegals: Strategies for an Efficient Legal Practice

Presented by: Erin Hill, JD, LL.M., MPM®, CIPM®,  CFC™, CRP™ , VP Strategic Projects and Professor, Jessup University

This session introduces paralegals to the practical applications of Legal Project Management (LPM), an efficient skill set increasingly vital in today’s fast-paced legal environment. Participants will explore what project management means within the legal context, why legal teams need these productive skills, and how to bring added value by developing and implementing a legal project management plan. Attendees will receive templates and resources for using LPM in their daily work. A focus will be placed on learning strategies for breaking legal projects into smaller, manageable tasks and holding regular check-ins to increase team collaboration. This training is ideal for paralegals seeking to enhance their value, streamline workflows, and manage tasks effectively.
