NFPA Webinar: Contract Law: A Primer For Legal Professionals

Presented by: Dr. Robert Diotalevi, Esq. LLM, Associate Professor, Florida Gulf Coast University

This presentation will serve as examination and review of the formation and enforceability of legally binding contracts. Topics include protection of economic interests as a part of reciprocal  exchanges, contractual rules and regulations, duties and responsibilities and bargaining in the context of contract-related principles. After attending this session participants will be able to: Understand the development of contract law in America, Establish a foundation those working in law offices to appreciate a familiarity with contract law principles for their business and personal lives, Appreciate the complexities of the global pandemic affecting these legal principles, Realize that contract law changes and is challenged by new realities, global issues and emerging technologies, and Apply constitutional, case and statutory law contract law-related situations. We will experience interactive learning opportunities through lecture, examples, a Power Point and question/answer session.
