NFPA Webinar: Religious Exemptions and Employment Law

An overview of religious exemptions as they apply to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of their sincerely held religious beliefs. 

 

Meet Your Presenter:

 

Rochelle Arnold has been a Core Registered Paralegal with NFPA since 2017. She is a freelance legal writer and has published articles with the National Paralegal Reporter and Grassroots Quarterly. Rochelle has worked in civil litigation on both the plaintiff and defendant side as well as employment law. She was a pro se litigant and won a disability discrimination case in 2019. Rochelle is also a Christian minister with experience writing religious exemptions.
