Orthopedic Forensic Experts must address the issue of causality head on. However, Orthopedic surgeons are not trained in evaluating causality.

This webinar will be interactive and will delve into the fundamental issues that must be addressed in order to ascribe causality to any legal event.

Meet your Presenter

Dr. Tom Faciszewski is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with licenses in Washington, Idaho and Oregon. Dr. Faciszewski has held many teaching and medical director positions from 1983-present. He is an independent medical examiner for Physicians Direct Services.

In addition to his teaching and director positions, Dr. Faciszewski has authored many articles on orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, genetics and medical billing. Dr. Faciszewski is a member of North American Spine Society (NASS), Idaho Medical Association (IMA), and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
