The goal of leadership is to implement change through positive communication practices.  A leader's role is to inspire and motivate. Leaders set the stage, vision, tone, and direction of the group by providing volunteers with the incentive to use their abilities and expertise to tackle issues directly. In order to be truly effective, leadership must be reflective of a wide cross-section of a group in order to be representative of its membership.  Diverse perspectives afford conscious and operational authenticity and promote a sense of inclusion.

Topics to be covered include:
●    Why Inclusive Leaders are Good for Organizational Stability
●    Bias Related to Leadership
●    Steps to Becoming an Inclusive Leader and Pitfalls to be Avoided
●    How to Create a Culture of Inclusion

This webinar is worth 1.0 DI&E credit.
