This course will help paralegals know what to do during estate administration when their client is faced with atypical assets. As people diversify their investment portfolios, there is an increasing likelihood that they may accumulate assets that are hard to value, such as cryptocurrency, NFTs, collections (i.e., books, sneakers, clothing, stamps), undeveloped land, livestock, mineral rights, and businesses, just to name a few. In this discussion we will talk about atypical assets like the ones named above and provide a framework on how to deal with them during estate administration.

This webinar is worth 1.0 CLE credit.
