Since the killing of George Floyd on May 25, 2020, there has been an explosion of protests across the United States and politicians and citizens alike are discussing the proper role of policing and racial justice initiatives, as well as a broad discussion ("reckoning") over what to do about symbols of America's past, such as monuments, and flags. How does an attorney represent activists who take to the streets to protest? Hear from one of the country's leading First Amendment experts on the balance of freedom of speech versus public security.

Presented by Mark Goldstone, Esq. of the Law Offices of Mark L. Goldstone
