This one-hour seminar will provide an overview of techniques to make your legal research more effective and productive. The seminar will begin with an overview of primary legal authorities (statutes and cases) and proceed to examine the secondary authorities, including encyclopedias, treatises, and periodicals. Major sets of law books will be discussed as well as techniques to find those materials.
