The NFPA 2004 Annual Convention is April 1 -4 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. 2nd Prizes: Nine winners will each receive a cash prize of $200.

Increase Your Chances of Winning! There will be new surveys by the first day of every other month. Each time you complete a survey, your name will be entered in the sweepstakes. This means you increase your chances of winning by completing all surveys.

NFPA will select the winners by random drawing and distribute all prizes directly to the winners. NFPA Board members are encouraged to complete the surveys, but they are not eligible to win any prize. If you complete the same survey more than once, you will be ineligible to win any prize. If the Grand Prize winner cannot attend the NFPA Annual Convention, he/she will become a 2nd prize winner, and a random drawing will be done by NFPA among the other 2nd prize winners to select an alternate Grand Prize winner who can attend the NFPA Annual Convention.

Completion of the 2002 surveys does not qualify participant in the sweepstakes.
