| Some of NFPA's most dedicated leaders attended NFPA's Annual Leadership Conference held in Kansas City on October 19-20, 2002 It was an interactive agenda to review some of the skills required to be a good leader, and to review ways to increase membership, volunteers and funding for individual associations. The individuals attended this conference were instrumental in making it a huge success. |
| Linda Hightshue NFPA's Leadership Training Coordinator and a paralegal with Barnes & Thornburg of Indianapolis, IN, organized the conference as well as made several of the presentations along with Holly Manlove Region II Director and Barbara Riedel of ROI/headquarters and Lu Hangley of headquarters. |
